In 2025, Nationstar Optoelectronics won the China Patent Excellence Award for its invention patent "a quantum dot light-emitting device and its manufacturing method". This patent solves the key problems of LED devices in terms of luminous efficiency and stability through a unique packaging structure, achieves high color gamut and high luminous efficiency of the device, improves reliability and extends service life, and promotes the LED industry to develop in a higher quality and more reliable direction.

In the same year, another invention patent of Nationstar Optoelectronics “A new thin-film substrate LED device and its manufacturing method” won the Guangdong Patent Silver Award. This patent innovatively integrates board manufacturing and packaging processes to achieve miniaturization and thinning of LED devices, providing high-end and differentiated technical solutions for the lighting and display industries.

Up to now, Nationstar Optoelectronics has won 1 China Patent Gold Award, 2 China Patent Excellence Awards, and 3 Guangdong Patent Awards. It has continued to make breakthroughs in key core technologies in emerging fields such as new displays, smart sensing, and automotive LEDs, injecting vitality into industrial innovation.
