After strict testing, qualified products are automatically packaged and shipped.

Behind this smooth and efficient operation, there is an invisible "digital neural network" providing support. Nationstar Optoelectronics has customized and deployed equipment IoT platforms and manufacturing operation systems through cooperation with ecological partners. This system realizes digital management and control of the entire process from material input to finished product delivery. Each process is seamlessly connected, data is visualized in real time, and key process parameters and material batches can be traced throughout the entire process, making the production line truly "capable of working."

Not only "can work", but also "can think". Nationstar Optoelectronics relies on the AI model trained for LED concentration stability to carry out intelligent grading of products and timely warning of test anomalies. It has improved the photoelectric parameter consistency (concentration level) of pilot products by more than 10% and shortened the abnormal response time by about 98%. It has formed a management closed loop of "prediction-monitoring-optimization" to improve product yield and reduce manufacturing costs.
