At the just-opened SID Display Week 2026, the Micro LED track ushered in a very explosive game-breaker-StarkSemi.

At this exhibition, Starkey Semiconductor launched a full range of Micro LED micro-LED displays in three primary colors of green, blue and red based on large-size silicon-based gallium nitride and hybrid bonding core technology, bringing a complete near-eye display solution with mature mass production capabilities, attracting great attention from global customers and the industry chain.

On this basis, StarKey Semiconductor further demonstrated its breakthrough layout in the field of red light - the world's first dual-red light technology route of "ternary InGaN" and "quaternary AlGaInP" was unveiled on the same stage, fully demonstrating its deep insight into the pain points and future needs of the Micro LED industry and its forward-looking technology layout.

The Si substrate InGaN ternary red light solution: has significant advantages in chip miniaturization, process compatibility, long-term temperature drift stability and large-scale cost control. It is suitable for the mass production of consumer-grade mass AR glasses, helping to make terminals lightweight and low-cost popular;

GaAs substrate AlGaInP quaternary red light solution: outstanding in luminous external quantum efficiency, wavelength accuracy, and color restoration saturation, meeting the stringent display standards of high-end display scenarios.

This "dual-track parallel" strategy not only demonstrates Starkey Semiconductor's comprehensive control over the material system, but also provides downstream terminal manufacturers with differentiated technology selection paths - either cost-effective consumer-grade solutions or customized high-end solutions with high performance.

From the opening of the production line to the concentrated debut of three primary color samples and dual red light technology demos, StarKey Semiconductor completed the entire chain breakthrough in just a few months, leading the industry in R&D and industrialization efficiency. With the complete layout of dual red light + dual full-color implementation solutions, Starkey Semiconductor has become the first echelon of Micro LED near-eye displays in the world, becoming one of the few core manufacturers in the industry with the ability to simultaneously develop and mass produce all technology lines.
