Total investment of 800 million, a Mini LED display project to expand production

Although it is the Spring Festival holiday, the construction of some Mini LED display projects is in full swing. For example, the Mini LED industry chain project of Jiangxi Xiangyi New Materials Co., Ltd. is advancing production expansion.

According to Ganzhou Industry and Information Technology news, in the clean workshop of the Mini LED industry chain project of Jiangxi Xiangyi New Materials Co., Ltd., the intelligent production line is running at full speed. Currently, the company is making every effort to promote the construction of the second phase of the production expansion project, focusing on high-end markets such as Mini LED displays, and is committed to opening up the entire chain layout from upstream materials to terminal applications.

According to data, the project has a total construction area of 61,000 square meters, covering the two core production lines of metal substrate and Mini LED. After full production, it will have an annual output of 9 million metal-based copper-clad laminates and 6 million square meters of Mini LED backlight products. The annual output value is expected to exceed 2 billion yuan and the annual tax revenue will reach 40 million yuan.

As Xiangyi Dingsheng Technology Group’s strategic layout extending to upstream materials, the project will officially start construction in February 2025. At present, the main body of the factory has been completed, some production lines have been successfully put into operation, and the remaining workshops are undergoing equipment debugging in an orderly manner, laying a solid foundation for full production.

According to Lin Jingbo, deputy general manager of the company, its products are mainly supplied to well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Samsung, Sony, LG, Hisense, TCL, Xiaomi, etc., and are used in TV, car display and other fields. At present, it has obtained a total of 75 authorized patents, including 27 invention patents and 48 utility model patents. The company has won many honors such as national high-tech enterprise, provincial manufacturing individual champion, and provincial small lighthouse enterprise.
