Recently, Anhui Savlus Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.'s Micro-LED display chip and module project was officially put into production in Jin'an District, Lu'an City, Anhui Province. The project has a total investment of 300 million yuan to build 2 production lines and a R&D production base to design and manufacture mLED chips and micro-display modules for customers in the display field.

The first phase of leasing the 16# factory building in Jinan Yinfeng Intelligent Industrial Park. After the production line is put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 15,000kk R series quantum dot mLED chips, which can be used to prepare about 20,000 square meters of commercial displays

It is reported that Anhui Safulus Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was established on October 16, 2024 On the same day, the registered capital is 80 million (yuan), the legal representative is CHEN CHEN, and it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xi'an Safulus Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.

As a provider of quantum dot Micro-LED (mLED) display solutions, Savlus has original technologies such as semipolar gallium nitride and nanopore quantum dots (NPQD). Its mass-produced R-series red light chips use a quantum dot color conversion scheme. Compared with traditional AlInGaP chips, they have a more precise color point position, a narrower half-peak width, and stronger temperature and current stability. In the COB package, because the red, green, and blue chip substrates are consistent, the entire screen has almost no color shift at large viewing angles.
