According to Biyang Financial Media, recently, Biyang County, Henan Province held a signing ceremony for key projects. Biyang County has centralized contracts with four projects including Sichuan Ningcai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Sanma Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Guangxian Epoch Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., and Anhui Xinyuan Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.

The investment amount of Sichuan Ningcai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.'s contracted project is 600 million yuan, and the investment amount of the other three companies is 120 million yuan. The total investment is 960 million yuan.

The project signed this time covers the entire chain of product development and production of smart display semiconductor products from the production of basic materials such as wafers, packaging, modules, and displays to the production of finished LED high-definition displays. The implementation of these projects will fill the gaps in Biyang County's core areas such as high-end display chips and new display panels, and promote the leapfrog of the electronic information industry from "chain development" to "cluster development".
