Flexible COB, bid farewell to the choice between

As commercial space design continues to evolve, the role of LED displays is also changing.

In the past, the display screen was more responsible for the function of "information display"; but now, the screen is no longer an embellishment of the space. In commercial complexes, digital exhibition halls, art spaces and other scenes, the display is gradually participating in the expression of the space itself.

Cylindrical screens, curved screens, wavy... LED display screens began to move from standard flat surfaces to more three-dimensional and freer spatial structures.

There is always a problem that is difficult to balance with special-shaped displays

Shape freedom, or should image quality be prioritized?

For styling, choose a traditional flexible screen - SMD has a large pixel spacing, and the graininess is obvious when viewed up close, and the viewing effect is compromised;

For picture quality, choose a small spacing hard module - it cannot be bent, the curved surface can only be approximated by polygon splicing, the surface structure accuracy is limited, there is a sense of seams and fragmentation, and the spatial integrity is destroyed.

The compromise of choosing one or the other ultimately limits the possibility of real space design and cannot truly meet the needs of high-quality creative display.

The single module has a precise central angle of 60°, and 6 seamless pieces form a complete cylinder, with a minimum diameter of about 0.6m. The plane tolerance is controlled below 0.1mm, and the picture is continuous without breaks or seams. Say goodbye to the construction method of polygons and approximate circles.

P1.25/P1.56 small pitch, image quality does not compromise the shape

COB packaging directly solidifies the chip on the flexible substrate, breaking through the physical lower limit of SMD pitch. After bending, the delicate small-pitch picture is still maintained, and picture quality is no longer sacrificed for shape.

Standard size, COB soft and hard modules are seamlessly spliced

300*168.75mm standard size, can be seamlessly spliced with 600*337.5mm standard COB cabinet, mixed deployment, shared control system, no need to switch solutions, lowering the deployment threshold.

COB packaging eliminates the problems of obvious graininess and poor uniformity of SMD display. When soft and hard modules are mixed, they are calibrated uniformly, and the color of the entire screen is highly unified without obvious dividing lines.
