LED display net profit increased by 331%, CVTE releases 25-year performance

On the evening of March 24, CVTE released its 2025 annual report. According to the announcement, in 2025, CVTE achieved annual revenue of 24.354 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.72%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 1.013 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.38%. The company achieved a net profit of 752 million yuan after deducting non-attributed profits, a year-on-year decrease of 10.07%.

Looking at different business and application sectors:

In 2025, Qingsong Optoelectronics achieved operating income of approximately 784 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.43%; net profit was approximately 66.0524 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 331.07%, and has become a stable contribution point in the company's business matrix.

In 2025, Qingsong Optoelectronics will release a new generation of outdoor LED display EG56 series and new COB all-in-one machines and other products. Among them, the outdoor LED display EG56 series products are all equipped with a full-link energy-saving architecture and adopt a high-voltage direct drive solution, which can save up to 50% energy.

In the field of intelligent control components, affected by factors such as rising raw material prices, rising product prices and an increase in the share of cooperation with major customers, the LCD main control board business achieved revenue of 7.031 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.07%; the home appliance controller business benefited from the continued increase in orders at home and abroad, achieving revenue of 2.515 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.02%; the automotive electronics and power electronics businesses both maintained rapid growth.

In the field of smart terminals and applications, the education brand business achieved revenue of 5.581 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.77%.

The enterprise service brand business achieved revenue of 2.651 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.59%. Among them, affected by the weak overall domestic market demand and the short-term pressure on the digital signage business, the domestic enterprise service brand business achieved revenue of 1.481 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.47%. However, the results of the reform of the downstream supply chain management strategy implemented in the first half of 2025 have gradually emerged, effectively improving channel inventory turnover efficiency, driving the domestic MAXHUB brand business's revenue to narrow year-on-year decline in the second half of the year.

CVTE said that thanks to the continuous introduction of Microsoft Teams Rooms-certified conferencing products to overseas markets and the in-depth layout of its overseas marketing network, the company's global market competitiveness and operational capabilities have steadily improved. At the same time, the company launched the multilingual educational AI software application MAXHUB EasiClass for overseas markets, seizing the opportunity in the school education AI application market by leveraging its first-mover advantage in technology. In 2025, MAXHUB's overseas business will achieve revenue of 666 million yuan in corporate services, education and other fields, a year-on-year increase of 54.83%.

Affected by factors such as changes in overseas education market demand and tariff changes, the ODM business achieved revenue of 3.094 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.03%. The company will actively hedge against uncertainties in the external environment by strengthening technology research and development and cost control capabilities, deepening cooperation with core brand customers, expanding diversified product categories, and accelerating the deployment of overseas production capacity.
