Absen not only won the national certification of "National Green Factory", but also actively participated in the formulation of national green standards and released the "Absen Outdoor LED Display Development White Paper". Based on industry trends and customer needs, it comprehensively demonstrated Absen's practical experience and outstanding contributions as a global LED display industry leader in promoting the digital transformation and green and low-carbon development of the outdoor advertising industry, with a view to providing industry partners with valuable suggestions and decisions.
As the world's leading provider of Zhizhen LED display applications and services, Absen adheres to the industry's eight major display standards, lists "green environmental protection" as one of the core standards, and clarifies the environmental protection requirements for the entire product process from raw material selection, production and manufacturing to end-of-life recycling. At the same time, Absen took the lead in completing the carbon footprint verification of 24 models of products in digital outdoor advertising, professional audio-visual and other fields, and obtained the carbon footprint verification statement issued by the international authoritative organization TÜV SÜD, becoming the first brand in the industry to achieve product carbon footprint traceability.
Technological attack, solving high energy consumption problems with full life cycle practice
Faced with the long-standing technical problems of "high power consumption operation, high carbon emissions, and material pollution" in the LED display industry. Through technological breakthroughs, Absen integrates green concepts throughout the entire life cycle of product development, production, delivery, use, and scrap, effectively solving industry pain points.
Absen focuses on the core technology of "low carbon and power saving" and launches the A25 series of energy-saving products; focusing on the use of "green materials", Absen launches the AW series of products that comply with HoRS environmental standards. Among them, the A25 series uses technologies such as the IDes dynamic power-saving system to achieve the ultimate energy efficiency of "less than one kilowatt hour per square meter per day", saving 30%-50% more energy than similar products. The series of products has been successfully used in 20 global landmark projects such as Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and Zhengzhou's Erqi Business District, with cumulative annual power savings exceeding 10 million kilowatt-hours.
On the production side, Absen has built an integrated light-storage-charging green energy system covering the entire factory with its independent investment model, building a full-scenario green energy closed loop of "self-consumption, surplus power grid, energy storage peak shaving, and green travel." In 2025, the photovoltaic system will achieve a total power generation of 3.12 million kilowatt-hours to meet the power needs of multiple scenarios such as park production and employee travel, equivalently reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 3,114 tons, effectively reducing production and operation costs.
In addition, in response to the challenges of uncontrollable environmental risks and difficult emission compliance in park operations, Absen also implements technical control at the management level. By 2025, Absen has established a full-process monitoring and emergency response system to achieve closed-loop management and control of environmental risks in the park's production and operation, with zero environmental hazard incidents throughout the year; it has deployed 16 testing points, covering 42 indicators in 4 categories such as sewage, exhaust gas, and noise, with a testing pass rate of 100%; it has also established a full-process hazardous waste ledger system, and safely transferred and disposed of 0.434 tons of hazardous waste throughout the year, eliminating environmental safety hazards with digital and intelligent management methods.
Ecological co-construction and long-termism to promote green innovation in the industry
Adhering to the original intention of being green with long-termism, Absen is reshaping the industry ecology through "internal repair" and "external relations".
