The standard production line has a total length of 37.2 meters, a single line UPH4.14KK/H, and a monthly output of approximately 1,300 square meters under the P1.25 product specification. At the same time, this solution also has advantages in terms of compatibility and automation.

This solution is suitable for the production of various display products and devices such as Mini COB/COG direct display, Micro/Mini MIP direct display, Mini backlight and Mini MIP packaging, and adapts to the development trend of miniaturization of chip size and large-scale modularization of module specifications. In addition, this solution has now achieved mass production of 360mm*360mm large-size substrates, 2*4mil small-size chips and 0202 Micro MIP display modules.

2. The entire line contains 18 sets of flying thorn crystal equipment, divided into two groups in parallel, using silo redundancy technology and a self-developed MES system. A single production line can complete the fully automatic process requirements from transfer to welding of the display module light surface.
